Mick Foley and Terry Funk are arguably the two most hardcore wrestlers on the face of the planet. The two destrcutive forces teamed up for a run at the World Tag Team Championship, and they got thier turn against the New Age Outlaws at WrestleMania XIV in an innovative dumpster match. The object of this match was to lock both opponents in a dumpster. With the help of a forklift, Chainsaw Charlie and Cactus Jack came away with their first World Tag Team Championships. It was Cactus Jack’s second World Tag Team Championship, as he had previously won it as Dude Love with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. The title reign would be short lived as they were stripped of the titles the next night on Raw due to a technicality. The New Age Outlaws protested that they were not locked in the official dumpster of the match, and therefore the titles were held up, and the two teams fought again in a steel cage match. This time, though, the New Age Outlaws came out on top.
