British Bulldog took advantage and tossed Bart Gunn into the two, allowing him to hit the running powerslam and get the pin. It was British Bulldog’s second World Tag Team Championship and Owen Hart’s third. The duo would go on to retain against The Smokin’ Gunns and defeat such teams as Doug Furnas and Phil Lafon and The Headbangers during their eight-month reign.
