Bob Holly and The 1-2-3 Kid came from out of nowhere to win the World Tag Team Championship, as they came out on top of a tournament that concluded at the 1995 Royal Rumble. The champions almost immediately reverted back to their underdog status, as they dropped the titles about 24 hours after winning them to the Smokin’ Gunns. Billy and Bart Gunn connected on their Sidewinder and won their first World Tag Team Championship.
