Brian Kendrick & Paul London defeated MNM for an unprecedented sixth straight time to become WWE Tag Team Champions at Judgment Day 2006. The win proved to be so devstating to MNM that they imploded after the match. Johnny Nitro and Melina viciously attacked Joey Mercury following the match and were even fired later in the evening. The win marked London’s second WWE Tag Team Championship, and it was Kendrick’s first taste of WWE gold.
