Eight months after being stripped of the United States Championship, Scott Hall reclaimed the title after defeating Goldberg, Bret Hart, and Sid Vicious in a ladder match on an edition of Monday Nitro. Unfortunately for Hall, he was once again stripped of the United States Championship after holding it for only a brief period of time.
