Three days after losing the United States Championship to Lex Luger on Monday Nitro, Bret Hart won the title back. The match, this time, took place on Thunder. Hart went on to hold the title for a month-and-a-half before losing it to Diamond Dallas Page on an October edition of Monday Nitro.
