NXT general manager JBL set up an eight-woman tournament to crown a new NXT Women’s Champion after stripping Paige of the title following her Divas Championship victory.

Charlotte and Natalya were the last women standing, earning the right to battle for the championship at NXT TakeOver. With her father, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, watching on, Charlotte emerged victorious after hitting Natalya with Bow Down to the Queen to become the second NXT Women’s Champion!
