Kane and the mighty Albert met in a no disqualification match for the Intercontinental Championship on June 28, 2001. Kane was dominating for most of the match. After hitting a flying clothesline, Kane delivered a chokeslam. Then, from out of the crowd, Diamond Dallas Page stormed the ring and gave Kane the Diamond Cutter. Albert recovered and gave Kane the Baldo Bomb for the pin. The win proved to be the greatest of Albert’s WWE career.
