Nunzio lost the Cruiserweight Championship to Juventud at No Mercy 2005 back in early October. Nunzio was persistant in his chase to regain the gold and it eventually paid off. It probably didn’t hurt that he had a home field advantage.

Nunzio defeated Juventud at a live event in his home-country of Italy in Rome for his second Cruiserweight Championship.
