Dominik Mysterio may have been born into one of the most legendary luchador families ever, but the son of Rey Mysterio has no interest in following in anyone’s shadow. He’s out to carve his own path — one filled with controversy, rebellion, and a whole lot of heat.

After first appearing as a child during his father’s legendary feud with Eddie Guerrero, Dominik transitioned from a rookie to a force in WWE. His in-ring debut came at SummerSlam 2020 when he defended his family’s honor in a gritty Street Fight against Seth Rollins. Although he came up short, his potential was undeniable.

Dominik made history alongside his father, becoming the first-ever father-son duo to capture the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. But when he felt overlooked by Rey’s decision to team with Edge, Dom snapped. At WWE Clash at the Castle 2022, he brutally attacked his father and joined The Judgment Day.

What followed was the birth of “Dirty” Dom. From taunting fans with his arrogant mic work to spending Christmas behind bars, Dominik became one of WWE’s most despised Superstars. Despite coming up short in matches against his father at WrestleMania 39 and WrestleMania XL, Dom racked up big wins, including two NXT North American Title reigns and victories over AJ Styles and Damian Priest.

Then, in a shocking twist at SummerSlam 2024, Dom betrayed Mami Rhea Ripley to align with Liv Morgan, forming a new version of The Judgment Day. With Morgan pushing him to new heights, Dom captured his first WrestleMania victory in a Fatal 4-Way match, claiming the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41.
