Josh Briggs def. Je’Von Evans

The Young OG kicked off NXT in a major way by demanding his match with Josh Briggs begin immediately, sparking a huge fight between the two.

The bout remained chaotic with Je’Von Evans’ jaw-dropping athleticism clashing with Briggs’ power.

Evans nailed a Swanton Coast to Coast but Briggs later introduced a steel chair, only for the official to confiscate it.

This was all a part of Briggs’ plan as he then cracked Evans with a steel chain-wrapped right hand to win the match.

Carmelo Hayes returns to NXT to back up Trick Williams against #DIY

Lainey Reid def. Faby Apache Speed Match

With Natalya watching at ringside, Lainey Reid defeated AAA’s Faby Apache to advance in the Women’s Speed Tournament.

NXT Tag Team Champions DarkState def. Hank & Tank

The NXT Tag Team Title remains with DarkState despite an appearance from Joe Hendry.

The champions and challengers battled to a near stalemate when Cutler James at ringside accidentally summoned Hendry, causing maximum chaos.

In the chaos, Hank & Tank became vulnerable as Lennox rolled up Hank Walker to score the win.

Tavion Heights def. Ethan Page Flag Match

Tavion Heights got his payback on Ethan Page in their back-and-forth Flag Match.

All Ego and Heights did everything they could to scale the turnbuckle and grab their respective flag, going as far to toss each other off the top rope.

Heights managed to hit an incredible Avalanche Belly to Belly Suplex and scale the other turnbuckle to retrieve his flag and win the match.

After the bout, Heights draped the Canadian flag over Page, and former NXT Superstar Tyler Breeze returned and took a selfie with the downed champion.

The Culling def. Fatal Influence and Za-Ruca Triple Threat Tag Team Elimination Match

The Culling is one step closer to gold as they outlasted Fatal Influence and Za-Ruca to become the No. 1 Contender’s to the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title.

Za-Ruca fell first after Sol Ruca accidentally hit Zaria with a Sol Snatcher.

NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne could only watch as Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx couldn’t overcome Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley, securing The Culling’s spot as No. 1 Contender’s.

After the match, Jayne was confronted by former NXT Women’s Champions Stephanie Vaquer, Tiffany Stratton and Rhea Ripley, leading to a massive melee.
